Item Search

The item search option, available in the top page navigation, is a quick way to reach items you have created in the system. These items may be of any type, including web site links, contact cards, event details, and map locations, and they will all be shown in a quick summary list.

An example of a simple search page is shown below. Note that the top of the page has a drop down filter that may be adjusted.

The search filter, noted above, allows you to view items that you have archived and no longer need to be active in your account. When an item is archived, the history of the item is retained so you can always go back and review the details. The search page filter lets you get to these items quickly.

On the search results, clicking on a record entry will show a summary preview of the item, and you may either click or press return to go to the item. An example of the details page is shown below.

Note that when you view the details of an item, it will wait ten seconds, and will then automatically navigate to the item details. Clicking close or pressing the escape key will stop this process, close the details dialog, and return you to the search results.

The search page is a quick and simple way to get to any of your items, past or present, and to sort and filter to find exactly what you need!
