Viewing Item Activity
The item activity in See, Scan, Go! is the summary of all interactions people have with the things that you create. When you add a web site link, contact card, calendar event, or map location, these are all items and knowing when people click or view these can be important!
The main navigation has a link for Activity, and when selected will take you to the overall view of all of your item activity details.
An example for this is shown below.
This page has several drop down menus to filter the item details shown, and any item on the list may be clicked for additional details.
In this example, clicking for details on the view for the Hiking Spot Meetup will show a variety of details below.
Searching and Filtering
If needed, the results can be filtered to specific items you have created in the system, and further into specific actions on these items. The events may be a user viewing, downloading, or otherwise interacting with your information. Since connectors can be password protected, you will be able to see a user getting a login page, and successfully getting in to your item details.. or not.
An example of a filtered list is shown below, where just activity for a single item is shown.
Exporting Activity Information
Some plans support an export function, allowing you to get full details downloaded to your computer. The export function is available on some paid plans, and exports the information based on the filters selected.
So when reviewing campaign or outreach activity, the export can be a powerful tool to better understand the user activity.
